Our Joint Head Baz Chapman joined BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour this week to discuss why singing matters for young people's mental health and wellbeing and why so many lose access to it just when they need it most.

Our friends at Youth Music recently scooped a Heritage Award at the British Documentary Film Festival. Their #RescueTheRoots short film, produced by Tell Studio, showcases the life-changing impact music has had on the lives of three young people, as well as cutting a stark picture of the urgent crisis facing grassroots youth music organisations.
